Eleni Margaronis, MEdL
Founder

I’m Eleni Margaronis, the founder of E-Directives and just like you, I’ve spent a significant portion of my life working to make learning accessible, rigorous, and engaging.

I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies as large as Amazon Web Services, multiple Institutes of higher ed, K-12 institutes, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and I’ve Co-Directed a Federal Government Education grant for over 11 years as a Senior Instructional Designer. As well as working as an Instructional Designer, I’ve created original content that fosters participants’ love of online learning and educators’ ability to build accessible, engaging, and rigorous online education.

I also specialize in working directly with leadership and administration to help align organizational goals with strategy. Since graduating with a Master’s certificate in Educational Technology and Educational Leadership, I have worked with hundreds of educators and multiple C-Suite leaders to streamline their structural systems.

Before my Master’s program, I disliked technology and was hesitant to learn new online tools. Today, I have a deep appreciation for what is possible if we work together to create something new. This is the cornerstone philosophy of E-Directives Consulting.
